יש הבדל בין **'הערה'** ובין **'גילה'**. שהעראה היא הדיבוק באותו מקום. לכן בנדה לא אמר לשון 'גילה' רק לשון 'הערה' אחר שהיא מותרת לו. וגם באחות אב אמר 'הערה' ללמד מבין שניהם שחייב על העראה כגמר ביאה (קדושים ס' קיז).

There is a difference between **הערה** (made naked) and **גילה** (uncover): העראה is an attachment to the place of the nakedness. Thus, with respect to a menstruating woman, it does not use the language **גילה**, only the language **הערה**, as she is permissible to him. And also with a sister of a father, it says הערה to teach that for both of them, the prohibition of העראה applies as soon as the intercourse is finished.

ובכ"מ בא לשון **ביאה** או **קריבה** אל אשה בשימוש מלת "אל". ומה שכתוב ביבמה "יבמה **יבוא עליה**" מורה בעל כרחה (קדושים ס' קכב).

In all places, the language **ביאה** (copulation) and **קריבה** (closeness) with a woman come before the word אל. But when it is written with respect to the law of a childless widow awaiting Levirate marriage יבמה **יבוא עליה** (her husband's brother shall go in to her)⁷²⁷, it teaches that it is forced.

ופעל **'רבע'** לא מצאנוהו רק על זווג מין בשאינו מינו, וחז"ל פירשוהו על זווג הבהמות בכלל. (קדושים ס' מו)
