ויש הבדל בין **קנין** או **מקנה** הכתוב סתם, ובין "**מקנת כסף**" או "**קנין כסף**". ש"קנין" כולל כל דבר שהוא ברשותו אף לזמן אבל "קנין כסף" מציין מה שהוא שלו בהחלט. (אמור סימן פז)

And there is a difference between **קנין** or **מקנה** (acquisition) when written alone and **מקנת כסף** or **קנין כסף** (acquisition of money): **קנין** includes anything that is in his possession, even for a period of time, whileקנין כסף indicates what is his without a doubt.
