יש הבדל בין **אחר** ובין **אחרי**. שמלת "אחר" מורה סמיכת הדבר אחר דבר קודם לו, ומלת "אחרי" מורה שקדם לו דברים שונים וזמנים רבים.

There is a difference between **אחר** and **אחרי** (after): The word **אחר** teaches the consecutiveness of the matter after a matter preceding it, while the word **אחרי** teaches that preceding it were various matters and many times.
