**ועליו אמרו רז"ל ליחוש דילמא כו'**במסכת מגילה ס"פ בני העיר על הא דתנינן קללות וברכות נקראין ומתרגמין ופריך פשיטא ומשני מהו דתימא ליחוש דלמא אתי למעבד כו' פי' רש"י מאהבה של ברכות ומיראה של קללות ואין לבם לשמים קמ"ל דלא חיישינן על כך:

**ואמר אחד מן החסידים כו'**ועיין מ"ש בסוף שער הבטחון מענין זה:

**והכוסף המצער**פירש הר"נ והכוסף החשוב היא האהבה זכה שהיא מעט בעולם עכ"ל. ואפשר לפרש והכוסף ר"ל האהבה הקרובה אל ה' כמו והיא מצער וי"מ לשון צער:

**ואל יזכור שם הבורא לשוא כו'**וז"ל הגהת י"נ הנה פשוט בכמה מקומות שאין חילוק באיסור הזכרת ש"ש לחנם בין בלשון הקודש בין בשום אחד משאר לשונות שבעולם ופשוט ג"כ שאין חילוק בין הזכרת השם המיוחד ובין אחד מהכנויים וזכרון אחד עולה לכאן ולכאן כו' ותועבת ה' גם שניהם ולכך הירא את ה' וחרד לדברו יפרוש ממיתה כמו שאמרו חז"ל בכל מקוה שהזכרת ה' מצויה מיתה מצויה ובעונותינו המכשלה הזאת רבה תחת ידינו כו' אוי לנו מיום הדין ומיום התוכחה כו' כי בודאי עבירה זו גרועה וחמורה משאר עבירות הוא עובר על גזירת מלכו של עולם ובחטא זה הוא נוגע כביכול בשם כבוד מלכותו עצמו ולכן לא ינקם ה' וגו' ע"ש באריכות גדול דברים ישרים והעתיקו בקנ"ח:

**והוא חייב להזהר מכל מה כו'**ר"ל שלא ירגיל בשבועות אפילו באמת שלא יבא לשבועת שקר כמה שכתוב בחשבון י"ז ע"ש. הר"נ:

**והיה ריוח הסוחר הראשון וכו' תשעים זוז ועשרה חלקים כו'**ר"ל שהקרן שלו היה תשעה זוז ועוד חלק אחד מן אחד עשר שבזוז וכאשר הרויח עשר כפלי הקרן היה לו בין הכל מאה זוז:

**ואמר תורת אמת היתה בפיהו**ועולה לא נמצא בשפתיו בשלום ובמישור הלך אתי ורבים השיב מעון. כי שפתי כהן ישמרו דעת ותורה יבקשו מפיהו כי מלאך ה' צבאות הוא. ופי' רש"י על אהרן הכהן ועל פינחס ואלעזר נאמרה הפרשה שהיו מזכים את הרבים ואמרו בגמרא דסנהדרין דף כ"ז ע"ב וכשלו איש באחיו בעון אחיו מלמד שכלם ערבים זה בזה ומוקי להא התם שהיה בידם למחות ולא מיחו ע"ש ועיין בזוהר פ' תרומה דף קכ"ה ע"ב מגודל זכות המזכה את הרבים וז"ל בקיצור ת"ח כל מאן דאחיד בידא דחייבא ותב לגביה למשבק ארחא בישא איהו אסתלק בתלת סילוקין מה דלא אסתלק הכי בר נש אחרא גרים לאכפיא (ס"א וגרים לקיימא) כל עלמא בקיומיה דלעילא ותתא ועל האי בר נש כתיב בריתי היתה אתו החיים והשלום וזכי למחמי בנין לבנוי וזכי בהאי עלמא וזכי לעלמא דאתי ובעלמא דאתי עאל בתליסר תרעי ולית מאן דימתי בידיה וע"ד כתיב גבור בארץ יהיה זרעו וגו' כל הפרשה עכ"ל ע"ש באורך:
