**מוצא קרוב מחטאו**ישים מוצא לתקונו כלומר מקור שיתקנו והוא נובע ממנו בדבר שהוא קרוב לחטאו אף שלא יהיה מענין חטאו ממש דרך משל שאם גזל את הרבים ואינו יודע אותם אע"פ שלא יכול לעשות תשובה גמורה להחזיר להם המעות שגזל כי אינו יודע ממי גזל אעפ"כ יעשה מהסך הממון שגזל צרכי רבים ויהיה התשובה מעין חטאו כי לפעמים הנגזלים ג"כ יהנו מאותו דבר:

**וכבר בארתי לך אחי כו'**ועיין ברמב"ם הלכות תשובה פרטי עבירות שאין להם חלק לעוה"ב ע"ש באורך וסיים שם בד"א שכל אחד מאלו אין לו חלק לעוה"ב כשמת בלא תשובה אבל אם שב מרשעו ומת הוא בע"ת ה"ז מבני העוה"ב שאין לך דבר שעומד בפני התשובה אפילו כפר בעיקר כל ימיו ובאחרונה שב יש לו חלק לעוה"ב שנאמר שלום שלום לרחוק ולקרוב אמר ה' ורפאתיו שכל הרשעים וכיוצא בהן שחזרו בתשובה בין בגלוי בין במטמוניות מקבלין אותן שנאמר שובו בנים שובבים אע"פ שעדיין שובב הוא שהרי בסתר שב ולא בגלוי מקבלין אותו בתשובה עכ"ל. וכ"כ תוס' בר"ה דף י"ז ובפ"ד מונה כ"ד דברים המעכבים את התשובה ובר"ח ובכמה ספרים הביאו אותם:

**והזהר פן כו' ויאמר לך עתה אחרי אורך כו'**כלומר פן תאמר בלבבך וכי אחר שכבר כלו רוב ימי בעבירות איך אשא פני לשוב אל האלהים פן ואולי לא יקבל אותי. אל תאמר כן כבר הכריזו כל הנביאים וגם משה רבינו ע"ה שהקב"ה יקבל אותנו בתשובה ואין לך דבר העומד בפני התשובה ואע"פ שהוא חסד הבורא לקבל תשובתנו איננו יוצא משורת הדין מאחר שאין לאדם בכל מעשיו אשר יעשה תחת השמש רק הבחירה וההסכמה לדבר וגמר המעשה הוא נשלם ע"י הש"י כמו שנתבאר בשער הבטחון בפי' חלק הד' ע"ש באורך ובכמה מקומות א"כ אם האדם שב בכל לבו ומתחרט ומצטער על המעשה אשר עשה והלואי שלא עשה הנה עוקר בזה מחשבתו והסכמתו שהיה לו בעבירה כאלו לא עשה כלום נמצא מחשבה והסכמה מוציא מידי מחשבה והסכמה ועכ"פ הוא חסד אל שכבר היה האדם רוצה בעבירה וחפץ בה מאד ונהנה ממנו וכזה כתב בספר מסלת ישרים פ"ד ע"ש. וז"ל ר"ת בספר הישר ואל יהי נואש מרחמי האל ואל יאמר אחרי אשר הגדלתי לעשות כל רע איך אעשה תשובה ויעביר על לבו אנשי נינוה ואחאב ומנשה הגדילו לעשות רע מכל אשר לפניהם ובתשובה קבל אותם הש"י ורצה בתשובתם והצילם מצרתם עכ"ל:
