**אף אני איני עושה עמהם כו'.** כלומר הם עשו שלא כשורה אף אני אעשה עמהם שלא כשורה וה"ג בילקוט איוב בהדיא וי"ל שלא כשורת הדין ומנהג של הקב"ה שנוהג חסדו ומדת טובו עם הכל לאלו איני עושה כן ולא ידון פי' לא אנהיג בדין ושורה ורש"י ז"ל גרס לא עשו מדת דין למטה אני עושה דין למעלה וכן הוא בילקוט פרשה זו ופירושו אני עושה דין גמור בלי רחמים והיא היא רק שלא ידון פירושו לפי זה בשביל שלא עשו דין:
