**אלא אותה ההפוכה כו'.** עיקר מדרש זה מקומו במדרש איכה ולכן מסיים ונקט לישנא דקרא ומפרשו והולך שהכתוב עצמו מספר והולך דרך שאלה ותשובה ואמר סדום ההפוכה כמו רגע ולא נשאר בה פליטה והוא משום שלא חנו בה ידים למצות אבל אלו יושבי יהודה וירושלים ידי נשים רחמניות וכדמפרש והולך:
