**אשרי איש ירא את ה' במצותיו חפץ מאד.** פי' שהש"י חפץ מאוד במצות ומעשים טובים של ירא ה'.

*“Fortunate is the man who fears God, and greatly desires His mitzvot.”* (*Tehilim*, 112:1)
This means that God greatly desires the fulfillment of the mitzvot and the ethical behavior of those who fear Him.
