**בכ"מ,** הפודה כו' של דמאי כו' שם במשנה כו'. כוונתו ע"כ ללמוד בה"ה הפדייה מההפרשה או מק"ו. אבל יש לבע"ד לחלוק עמ"ש בס"ד ביומא (דף פ"ג:). אמנם שם בירושלמי איתא מפורש מחללין דמאי במרחץ שאינו טעון ברכה. ולטעמיה לא היה צריך להביא מהירושלמי כי כן מבואר גם בבבלי שבת (דף כ"ג):
