**אשר על פני האורך וכו׳.** ר״ל אשר האורך עמד לרוחב ההיכל הוא היה במדת אמות עשרים כי המדה המועטת תקרא רוחב וההיכל היתה ארבעים על עשרים והאולם היתה רחבה עשרה כמו שנאמר במ״א וארכה עשרים אם כן עמד אורך האולם ע״פ רוחב ההיכל:

**והגובה מאה ועשרים.** ובמ״א נאמר שלשים ויתכן לומר כי שם נאמר על הבית וכאן על האולם, או נאמר כי תשעים אמות היו העליות זו על זו כמ״ש תבנית האולם וכו׳ ועליותיו (ד״ה א׳ כ״ח):
