**כתב** הראב"ד ז"ל זה שבוש גדול וכו' מפקי פולסא דנורא לאפיה עכ"ל: **ואני** אומר שרבותינו בעלי התוספות ז"ל שתירצו פ' גיד הנשה (דף צ"ה) כל דבר הקשה על ר"מ ז"ל בשמעתין דהעלמת עין דנחיש רב ואמר מברא אתא לאפאי יומא טבא לגו ומסיק דלא אכיל רב משום דנחיש ומקשי דידיה אדידיה והאמר רב כל נחש שאינו כאליעזר עבד אברהם וכיונתן בן שאול אינו נחש כלומר והרי לא אמר אי אתי לאפאי אזילנא ואי לא לא אזילנא והקשו ז"ל היאך ניחש אליעזר הא אמרינן פרק ד' מיתות כי נחוש הוא מהמצות האמורות בפרשת כשוף שבן נח מוזהר עליהן ותירצו ז"ל שלא נתן לה הצמידים עד שנתברר לו ואע"ג דכתיב ויהי כאשר כלו הגמלים לשתות ויקח האיש נזם זהב וכו' והדר כתיב ויאמר בת מי את מ"מ אין מוקדם ומאוחר בתורה וכן מוכיח ספורו ללבן ובתואל ואע"פ שרש"י ז"ל לא פירש כן ועל יהונתן בן שאול תירצו דבלא"ה היה עולה ולזרז נושא כליו אמר כן ולא ימס לבבו וכן מוכיח מה שאמר אין מעצור לה' להושיע ברב או במעט ובזה נתרצו כל דברי רבינו משה ז"ל ודקדוק לשונו ולשון התוספות אחד הוא כד"ן:
