**השיב** הראב"ד ז"ל זה אינו כלום וכו' הרי אלו נמחקין, עכ"ל: **ואני** אומר איני מבין תשובת הראב"ד ז"ל שהרי ר"מ ז"ל כן כתב והכי גרסינן לה פ' שבועת העדות. ת"ר כתב א"ל מאלהים י"ה מיהו"ה הרי זה אינו נמחק שי"ן דלי"ת משדי צ"ב מצבאות הרי זה נמחק ר' יוסי אומר צבאות כולו נמחק מפני שנקרא על שם שרי צבאות ישראל. אמר שמואל אין הלכה כר' יוסי. נמצאת אומר הלכה כת"ק דברייתא וה"נ סתם לן תנא במס' סופרים פ' ד' בהלכה ב' ולא קא מפליג חד עילויה התם. ולפי דעתי נוסח החבור שהגיה ממנו הראב"ד ז"ל ט"ס היה במקום הזה שהוסיף בו אין אבל שניהם לא מעלו כד"ן:
