**וכן ספר תורה שחיסר אות אחת פסול.** רוב רבותינו בעלי התוספות ז"ל הסכימו כן סוף פרק הקומץ רבה מדאמרינן התם ובפרק קמא דבבא בתרא אפשר ספר תורה חסר אות אחת וכתיב לקוח את ספר התורה הזה אלמא דכי חסר אות אחת אינו נקרא ספר תורה והסכימו שלא לברך עליו וכן נהגנו בכל ספרד וקטלוניא שאם נמצא בו טעות אפילו בסוף הפרשה מחזירין אותו ומביאים אחר במקומו וקוראין וגם מברכין כבתחלה וכן הסכים הר"ם הלוי מטוליטולא וכל חכמי ספרד ז"ל וגם הראב"ד ז"ל והרמב"ן ז"ל ומורי הרשב"א ז"ל וכד"ן:
