**ועל זה וכיוצא בו נאמר ונקי וצדיק אל תהרוג כו' אל תהרגהו.** במכילתא נדרש כן ראוהו רודף אחר חבירו להרגו והתרו בו ואמרו לו ישראל בן ברית הוא אם הרגת אותו תהרג והעלימו עיניהם ומצאו הרוג ומפרפר והסייף מנטף דם מיד ההורג שומע אני יהא נהרג תלמוד לומר ונקי וצדיק אל תהרוג כי לא אצדיק רשע ע"כ. ועוד שם היה אחד מעידו עובד לחמה ואחד עובד ללבנה שומע אני יצטרפו ת"ל ונקי וצדיק אל תהרוג ע"כ. ובסנהדרין במעשה דשמעון בן שטח שראה אחד רודף אחר חבירו לחורבה ורדף אחריו כו':

**וכן בדיני ממונות עד ומחייב את הזכאי.** פ"ק דסנהדרין ולשון סיפרא שלא תאמר עני הוא זה הואיל ואני והעשיר חייבין לפרנסו אזכנו ונמצא מתפרנס בנקיות ת"ל לא תשא פני דל ע"כ. עוד אמרו שם בספרא מניין שלא יאמר עשיר הוא זה ובן גדולים הוא זה היאך אביישנו ויהיה בבשת עונש בדבר על שאני מביישו לכך נאמר לא תהדר פני גדול ע"כ. עוד אמרו שם במכילתא רשע וכשר עומדין לפניך בדין שלא תאמר הואיל ורשע הוא אטה עליו את הדין ת"ל לא תטה משפט אביונך בריבו אביון הוא במצות ע"כ:
