**דם השרץ כבשרו כו'.** לא איצטריך ה"ט אלא כדי שיהיה אב לטמא אדם וכלים אבל לטמא אוכלין ומשקין תיפוק ליה משום משקין טמאים וכדאיתא לעיל פ"א דין ד' ואין שיעור לטומאת משקין כמ"ש לקמן פ"ד מהלכות טומאת אוכלין דין ב' יע"ש:
