**ודין בתי ערי חומה.** יש להסתפק אם הוא דוקא לדיני בתי ערי חומה שהזכיר רבינו לקמן פי"ב ונפקא מינה שמצורע משתלח מהם אף בזמן הזה דהא קי"ל דטהרת מצורע נוהג שלא בפני הבית כמ"ש רבינו פי"א מהלכות טומאת צרעת דין ו' וכן נראה מדברי רש"י פ"ק דברכות (דף ה') והתוס' שם חלקו עליו וס"ל דבזמן שאין היובל נוהג ליכא קדושה בבתי ערי חומה והרשב"א ז"ל בחידושיו קיים דברי רש"י יע"ש:
