אלו החקים והמשפטים והמצוה זו משנה כו'. כן הוא בלק"ט, והעירותי שם בהערה י"ח בגמ' ברכות ה' ע"א איתא לוחות על עשרת הדברות. תורה זו מקרא. והמצוה זו משנה. אשר כתבתי אלו נביאים וכתובים. להורותם זו גמר' מלמד שכולם ניתנו למה מסיני. ובדקדוקי סופרים ח"א צד י"ב הביא גירסת הכ"י לוחות הבן זו תורה והתורה אלו משנה והמוה אלו מצות כמשמען, וכגירסת הכ"י כ"ה בילקוט משפטים רמז שס"ב, [ובילקוט הגירסא חוקים ומשפטים אלו הדינין וט"ס הוא כי לא הזכיר במקרא], ובבה"ג, ובס' הרוקח שורש קבלת חכמים, ובהשגות הרמב"ן על ספר המצות שרש א', וגירסת הדפוס נוח יותר:

ובמה היה עוסק משה באותן מ' יום. גם הסיום הזה מובא בלק"ט וז"ל ובמה היה מתעסק משה רבינו ארבעים יום וארבעים לילה, אלא ללמדך עומקי התורה והמצות למד מפי הגבורה, ואף משה רבינו ששמע מפי הגבורה הוצרך ללמוד ארבעים יום, הדיוט מהדיוט על אחת כמה וכמה שצריך להיות עמל בתורה, ועליו הכתוב אומר נפש עמל עמלה לו כי אכף עליו פיהו (משלי ט"ז כ"ו), אשרי מי שעמלו בתורה ובמצות ועובד לבוראו באמת:
