הקב"ה קרא. בלק"ט הביא וז"ל וירד ה' בענן ויתיצב עמו שם מלמד שהראה לו כיצד ישראל עומדין לפניו ושליח צבור של ישרא יהא קורא לפניהם ה' ה' ויקרא בשם ה' הקב"ה קרא ללמד במשה דרך תחנה ובקשה היאך יתפלל אל ה', ועל הכתוב נוצר חסד לאלפים וגו' כתב הם שלש עשרה מדות שבשעה שישראל מזכירין אותן אין חוזרין ריקם, ועיין ר"ה י"ז ע"מ ובתוס' שם:
