זו בית הכנסת כו׳‬. רבינו קצר בלשונו והציג מלת ״‬וכו׳‬ ״‬ ונמצא הדרשה בב״‬ר שם. ועל והנה שם שלשה עדרי צאן דרש אלו שלשה קרואין. ועל זה הביא המעריך בערך קר וז״‬ל בב״‬ר פ״‬ע אלו ג׳‬ קרואים פי׳‬ בערוך ג׳‬ ארונים של בית הכנסת. וקשה וכי בכל ב״‬ה יש ג׳‬ ארונים ועוד כי אין קרויים ארונים. ונ״‬ל שפי׳‬ ג׳‬ העולים לקרוא בתורה. ומצאתי כדברי בירושלמי ברכות דף י״‬א אילין ג׳‬ קרויות וכו׳‬ ע״‬ש ובירושלמי תענית דף ס״‬ז ע״‬ג ולא שבעה קרויין אינון. עוד שם דף ס״‬ח ג׳‬ קרויות שבתורה עכ״‬ל. עם כי פירושו עולה יפה שפי׳‬ שלשה קרואים העולים לקרוא בתורה בשני ובחמישי עיין ב״‬ק פ״‬ב ע״‬א. אולם נוסחא משובשת היתה לפניו בדברי הערוך כי הערוך כתב ג׳‬ אדונים של בית הכנסת. והביאה בערך קרא שפי׳‬ ביוני אדון.

א״‬ר אחא ב״‬ר חנינא ור׳‬ יעקב בן אחא. בכ״‬י פלארענץ ובב״‬ר פ״‬ע איתא א״‬ר יעקב בר אחא לבד. והמאמר נשנה גם בבבלי מ״‬ק ח׳‬ ע״‬ב ושם מובא בשם ר׳‬ אלעזר בש״‬ר חנינא. לכן אין ספק שיש לתקן בדברי רבינו א״‬ר אלעזר בש״‬ר חנינא. ואולי היה כתוב בר״‬ת אר״‬א והמעתיק כתב א״‬ר אחא. וכן נשנה המאמר בירושלמי מ״‬ק פ״‬א ה״‬ז דף פ׳‬ ע״‬ד. אין נושאין נשים במועד ר׳‬ ליעזר בש״‬ר חנניה על שם שאין מערבין שמחה בשמחה. ר׳‬ יעקב בר אחא שמע לה מן הדא מלא שבוע זאת ע״‬כ. וראיתי ברש״‬י עה״‬ת שכתב מלא שבוע זאת דבוק הוא נקוד בחטף שבוע של זאת והן שבעת ימי המשתה בתלמוד ירושלמי במ״‬ק עכ״‬ל. אין ספק אצלי שחסר ברש״‬י וצ״‬ל מכאן שאין מערבין שמחה בשמחה ועל זה ציין ירושלמי מ״‬ק. וגם חכמי התוס׳‬ מ״‬ק ח׳‬ ע״‬ב ד״‬ה לפי שאין מערבין שמחה בשמחה כתבו וז״‬ל גזירת הכתוב כדדריש לקמן מקרא דשלמה ובירושלמי דריש מדכתיב מלא שבוע זאת. והוא מאמר הירושלמי שהבאתי. והרמב״‬ן בפי׳‬ עה״‬ת כתב ואני לא ידעתי כי שבעת ימי המשתה תקנת משה רבינו לישראל [ירושלמי כתובות פ״‬א ה״‬א משה התקין שבעת ימי המשתה. ושבעת ימי האבל] ואולי נאמר שנהגו בהם מתחלה נכבדי האומות כענין באבילות דכתיב ויעש לאביו אבל שבעת ימים. ומה שלמדו מכאן נמי בירושלמי ג״‬כ בב״‬ר [הוא בירושלמי מ״‬ק פ״‬א ה״‬ז. וב״‬ר פ״‬ע] שאין מערבין שמחה בשמחה סמך בעלמא ממנהגי הקדמונים קודם התורה אבל בגמרא שלנו [מ״‬ק ט׳‬ ע״‬א] לא למדוה מכאן ודרשוה מויעש שלמה את החג עכ״‬ל. את אשר הסגרתי בדברי הרמב״‬ן הוספתי תוך דבריו. ועיין בהרמב״‬ם פ״‬א מה׳‬ אבל דז׳‬ ימי משתה וז׳‬ ימי אבילות משה רבינו תיקן. והא דכתיב ביוסף ויעש לאביו אבל שבעת ימים. ניתנה תורה ונתחדשה הלכה. ועיין בתוס׳‬ מו״‬ק כ׳‬ ע״‬א ד״‬ה מה חג הביא דברי הירושלמי (מ״‬ק פ״‬ג) דאין למדין דבר מקודם מתן תורה ובהערה נ״‬ח הבאתי מפדר״‬א מאמר ר׳‬ יוסי שאנו למדין שבעת ימי המשתה מיעקב.

נמצא י״‬א שבטים שנולדו בשבע שנים כיצד כו׳‬. בסדר עולם רבא פ״‬ב איתא כל השבטים נולדו בז׳‬ שנים חוץ מבנימין כל אחד ואחד לז׳‬ חדשים ע״‬כ. וכן ראיתי בפדר״‬א פל״‬ו ר״‬א אומר מז׳‬ חדשים ילדה לאה את בניה ולשבע שנים נולדו ליעקב י״‬א שבטים ובת אחת ע״‬כ ומדברי רבינו נראה דס״‬ל שלא נולדו כולם זה אחר זה. ועיין במדרש חדשא (בית המדרש ח״‬ג צד קע״‬א) ושם מפורש כל אחד מהשבטים באיזו חדש נולד ומשמע שנולד כל אחד מהן בשנה אחרת לגמרי והמאמר ממדרש חדשא מצאתי בילקוט ריש שמות רמז קס״‬ב באיזה שינויים.
