**מהרה ובלה מעורבבת**כלומר שאף שערבות העבירה היא באה לו במהרה אבל שתים הנה חסרונותיה האחד שאיננה דבר מתקיים רק לשעה ואח"כ היא נפסקה וכלה והשני שאין שום ערבות בעוה"ז שלא יהא מעורב בתוגה כמו שאמר החכם לשחוק אמרתי מהולל:

**שישיב הגזילות וימנע מן העבירות וירף מחזקת כל הברואים**פרט שלשה לשונות נגד מאמרם ז"ל רובם בגזל ומיעוטן בעריות והכל בלשון הרע כי על גזל אמר שישיב הגזילות ועל העריות אמר וימנע מן העבירות שכן סתם עבירה בלשון חז"ל הוא דבר ערוה כמאמרם ז"ל אם ראית תלמיד חכם כו' ובהרבה מקומות ועל לשון הרע שאיננה רק כוונתו להזיק בלי שום הנאה כמאמרם ז"ל אמרו לנחש מה הנאה כו' אמר להם ומה יתרון לבעל הלשון וע"ז אמר וירף מהזקת כל הברואים ואמר כל הברואים לפי שאין לדבר תועה על שום בריה ק"ו מנבילה כנ"ל:

**(1) return stolen things, (2) refrain from sin, and (3) from doing harm to any human being** -- he specified three expressions corresponding to the teaching in the talmud (Bava Basra 165a) "most are guilty of theft, few in forbidden relations, and all in evil speech", the latter's intent is solely to harm since there is no benefit.
