ובימי סער וסופה אלה, כאשר דם ישראל נשפך כמים וממשלת ישראל עומדת להרוס את כל אשר הושג בדמם של בנינו, ורואים אנו בנפילתם על ידי מרצחים של גבורי כח ורוח מבין המתנחלים, בהגינם בגופם וברוחם על שלימות ארצנו הקדושה. בימים אלו העם כולו חייב להעלות על נס את בניו ובוניו המתנחלים ביהודה שומרון וחבל קטיף מקדשי שם שמים, העומדים יום יום בקו האש, מוסרים נפשם ומסכנים חייהם על מצוות ישוב ארץ ישראל, פשוטו כמשמעו.

אל יפול רוחכם מן המצב הלאומי והבטחוני הנורא, שהתדרדר על ידי הממשלה הנשענת על רוב ערבי, וכל החלטותיה מכוונות לוויתורים על נחלת אבותינו. אל תתייאשו מן התקוה לשמור על שלימות ארצנו. המאבק ההירואי וההיסטורי למען נחלת האבות חייב להימשך. עלינו לגייס לעזרתכם את העם כולו בארץ ובתפוצות. נעמוד כולנו כחומה בצורה נגד הבוגדים בארצנו ובתורתנו הקדושה. נאמר לממשלת "השלום" כביכול את חזון ישעיהו (נט, ח): "דֶּרֶךְ שָׁלוֹם לֹא יָדָעוּ וְאֵין מִשְׁפָּט בְּמַעְגְּלוֹתָם… כֹּל דֹּרֵךְ בָּהּ לֹא יָדַע שָׁלוֹם". ו"אֵין שָׁלוֹם אָמַר אֱלֹהַי לָרְשָׁעִים" (ישעיהו נז, כא), "עֻצוּ עֵצָה וְתֻפָר דַּבְּרוּ דָבָר וְלֹא יָקוּם כִּי עִמָּנוּ אֵ-ל" (ישעיהו ח, י). הבטחת הקב"ה בברית בין הבתרים (בראשית טו, יח): "לְזַרְעֲךָ נָתַתִּי אֶת הָאָרֶץ הַזֹּאת מִנְּהַר מִצְרַיִם עַד הַנָּהָר הַגָּדֹל" תקום לעולם ולנצח נצחים.
