**ועמכם בדבר משפט.** פי': ועמכם יהי השם בדבר משפט, כלומ' שתיראו ממנו כאלו הוא עמכם בדבר משפט. או פרושו: יהיה עמכם ויעזר אתכם בדבר משפט אם תיראו ממנו:

**And with you in judicial matters.** This means: and may God be with you in judicial matters; that is, you should fear Him to the point where it is as though He is with you in judicial matters. Alternatively, it means: He will be with you to help you in judicial matters as long as you fear Him.
