עליך אמר קרא לכל נפש דבר השוה לכל נפש - מותר ובעילה שוה לכל אבל מוגמר אינו אלא למפונקים:

ומי איכא הוראה לאיסור - ומי קרי איסור הוראה משום דכל אדם רשאי להחמיר והאוסר אין זה סמיכת דברים שאפי' מן הספק שאין ההלכה ברורה לו הוא בא ואוסר אבל המתיר סומך על שמועתו או על סברת חכמתו והיא הוראה:
