**וְשֹׁחַד לֹא לָקַח.** עַל עָנִי לְהַרְשִׁיעוֹ בַּדִּין, לְהַטּוֹת מִשְׁפָּטוֹ. וְעוֹד פֵּרְשׁוּהוּ רַבּוֹתֵינוּ (ספרי דברים קמד): **לֹא לָקַח שֹׁחַד עַל נָקִי** לְנַקּוֹתוֹ בְּדִינוֹ, קַל וָחֹמֶר שֶׁאֵינוֹ לוֹקֵחַ שֹׁחַד לְהַטּוֹת הַמִּשְׁפָּט:
