**Rashi on Sotah 21b:1:2:**
And Beit Hillel hold ... it is not considered as though it was already collected - and we have here that she makes an uncertain claim, because perhaps she did commit adultery. Therefore, [the husband's heirs make a] definite [claim] and she [makes an] uncertain [claim], and "one with an uncertain claim cannot extract from one who has a definite claim". It is incumbent upon her to bring proof that she did not commit adultery.

**Rashi on Sotah 21b:1:2:**
In the case of a barren woman and an elderly woman - where we cannot say that she does not drink but for the reason that she is not fit to remain married to him. Thereupon Rabbi Elazar argues and states that she is [in fact] fit to remain married to him, because he is able to marry another woman.

**Rashi on Sotah 21b:1:2:**
However, with regard to an ailonit - granted that he is allowed to remain married to her; however, she does not drink, for the following reason: we require that she be able to become pregnant. A barren women [is unable to become pregnant] due to a wound, and an elderly woman was formerly able to become pregnant. An ailonit, however, was already thus afflicted when in her mother's womb, and therefore is not considered fit [to "bear seed"].
