וְאֵלֶּה מוֹסִיף עַל הָרִאשׁוֹנִים, קְצָת חִדּוּשֵׁי הֲלָכוֹת בְּרוּרוֹת, מְלֻקָּטוֹת מִסִּפְרֵי הַקַּדְמוֹנִים, שֶׁלֹּא נִקְבְּעוּ בַּלּוּחַ הָרִאשׁוֹן, הַמְיֻסָּד וּמְשֻׁכְלָל עַל פִּי דַּעַת הָאַחֲרוֹנִים, אֲשֶׁר בְּאֵיזֶה מְקוֹמָן שֶׁל שְׁבָחִים וְעִיּוּנִים, הִנִּיחוּ מָקוֹם לִגְדֹּר, לִרְעוֹת בְּגַנִּים וְלִלְקֹּט שׁוֹשַׁנִּים, וְאֵלּוּ וְאֵלּוּ דִּבְרֵי אֱלֹהִים חַיִּים מֵרוֹעֶה אֶחָד נִתָּנִים (גַּם סֵדֶר הַהֲלָכוֹת וְהַפְּרָקִים מְסֻדָּרִים פֹּה בְּאֹפֶן נָאוֹת, וְיוֹתֵר מְתֻקָּנִים).
