(ב) סוף פרק ו׳ דיבמות אמר כשם שמצוה לומר דבר הנשמע שנאמר הוכח תוכיח כך מצוה שלא לומר דבר שאינו נשמע שנאמר אל תוכח לץ פן ישנאך וכתב בנמוקי יוסף דהקשו המפרשים דהא אמרו בפ״ג דערכין דמצות הוכח תוכיח עד שיכנו והתירוץ הנכון נלמד מדברי הרמב״ם ז״ל פרק ששי מהלכות דעות דמצות הוכח תוכיח היא נחלקת לשתים חד במי שחטא לו חבירו דמצוה עליו שלא ישטימנו בלבו כמדת הרשעים אלא יאמר לו מדוע עשית כך לי ובהא מצוה לשתוק אם יודע בו שלא יקבל רק ימחול בלבו ועל זה אמר שלמה אל תוכח לץ ומצוה שנית בהוכח תוכיח הרואה חבירו שחטא או שהולך בדרך לא טובה ובזה חייב להוכיחו אפי׳ כמה פעמים עד שיכהו:

(יב) בק״ש וברכותיה באמצע הפרק שואל מפני היראה ומשיב מפני הכבוד ובפרקים שואל מפני הכבוד ומשיב שלום לכל אדם וכתב מגיד משנה בריש הלכות חנוכה דלרוב הפוסקים כשאומר הלל גמור דינו כק״ש ובר״ח וששת ימי פסח שאין גומרין אפי׳ באמצע הפרק דינו כבין פרק לפרק ונראה דמברוך שאמר עד סוף ישתבח כדין ימים שגומרין בהם את ההלל דהא אמר ר׳ יוסי יהא חלקי עם גומרי הלל בכל יום דהיינו מתהלה לדוד עד הסוף כדפי׳ רש״י בגמרא וכתב ורמב״ם דברכת ברוך שאמר היא ברכה שלפני הלל זה וישתבח ברכה שלאחריו:

(יג יד) וכתב בספר המנהיג ואפי׳ השח בין ישתבח ליוצר אמרו בירושלמי דעבירה היא בידו וחוזר עליה מעורכי המלחמה וכן בין אמן הא שמיה רבא ליתברך ובין קדיש לברכו ונראה דגם בין קדוש לברוך דבקדושה דמעומד דחד טעמא הוא ובמדרש אמר ר״א ב״ר יוסי פעם אחת הייתי מהלך בדרך ומצאני אליהו ז״ל ועמו ארבע אלפים גמלים טעונים אמרתי לו מה אלו טעונים ואמר לי אף וחימה למה לעשות נקמה באף וחימה במי שמספר בין קדיש לברכו בין ברכה לברכה בין פרק לפרק בין אמן יש״ר ליתברך בין גאולה לתפלה ולא עוד אלא שאין תפלתו נשמעת לפני הקב״ה שנאמר ולא אותי קראת יעקב וכל המכוון בתפלתו ואינו מדבר אין תפלתו חוזרת ריקם שנאמר תכין לבם תקשיב אזנך ע״כ:

(טו) אסור ליחיד המתפלל תפלת העמידה להגביה קולו שיעור שיוכל חבירו לשמוע ואם הגביה אין תפלתו מקובלת לפני ה׳ ב״ה הכי איתא בזוהר:

(כג) אל תלשן עבד אל אדוניו דור אביו יקלל פ״ח דפסחים פירשו שלא ילמד קטיגורא על ישראל אפי׳ הדור רשעים וראיה ישעיהו שנתפש על שהלשינם אע״פ שחטאו ואיתא במדרש דהשליש שנענש שאמר הנה ה׳ עושה ארובות בשמים היהיה כדבר הזה כך אמר ודאי ה׳ יכול לעשות אך הדור הזה כדור המבול שראוי היה שיעשה ארובות בשמים כהתם דכתיב וארובות השמים נפתחו ואיך אפשר שלדור רע כזה יהיה נעשה נס גדול כזה, השיבו אלישע הנביא דלפי שלמד קטיגוריא על ישראל יראה ולא יאכל כן שמעתי מפי החכם ר׳ אברהם הלוי שראה במדרש כתיבת יד בארץ המערב:
