(א) אסור לאדם שיעשה מלאכה לאחר שעלה עמוד השחר עד שיתפלל תפלת שחרית רמב״ם פ׳ ששי מהלכות תפלה:

(ב) אסור לעשות מלאכה בערבי שבתות ובערבי י״ט מן המנחה ולמעלה פרש״י מנחה קטנה והיא בט׳ שעות ומחצה וגוערין בעושה ומבטלין אותו בעל כרחו ובע״פ מחצות יום אסור לפי שהיא זמן שחיטת הפסח כשהיה בה״מ קיים ובזה החמירו יותר מערבי שבתות וימים טובים להכותו או לנדותו אם לא ישמע, רמב״ם סוף הלכות י״ט:

(ג) האבל יום ראשון אסור להניח תפילין:

(ד) וכל שלשה ימים אסור בעשיית מלאכה אפי׳ עני המתפרנס מן הצדקה מכאן ואילך אם היה עני עושה בצנעה תוך ביתו וחמור מחול המועד דאפי׳ דבר האבד אסור לו לעשות אלא ע״י אחרים רמב״ם פ״ד וה׳ דהלכות אבל:

(ה) משחרב בית המקדש גזרו חכמים שלא לנגן בכלי שיר וכל מיני שיר וכל משמיעי קול שיר אסור לשמוח בהם ואסור לשומעה מפני החרבן שנאמר זקנים משער שבתו בחורים מנגינתם ואפילו שירה בפה אסורה אלא אם הוא שיר ושבח של הב״ה סוף סוטה רי״ף ורמב״ם וכל הפוסקים:

(ו) אסור לזרוע כלאי הכרם בחוצה לארץ מדברי כופרים היינו חטה ושעורה וחרצן במפולת יד וכן שני מינים ירק וחרצן או זרע אחד וזרע אחר מין תבואה וחרצן במפולת יד אבל ב׳ מינים לבדן בלא חרצן מותר לזרוע בח״ל ולמה אסרו כלאי הכרם בח״ל ולא אסרו כלאי זרעים מפני שכלאי הכרם אסורין הם שאם נזרעו בא״י אסורין בהנאה מן התורה משא״כ בכלאי זרעים:

(ז) כלאי הכרם שנזרעו במפולת יד בח״ל אסורין בהנאה מד״ס:
