(א) להטות אוזן לשמוע קריאת ספר תורה מפי ש״ץ כאלו מקבלו עתה מפי ה׳ בסיני ויהיה כמאן דלית ליה פומא ולא יסייע שום אדם להשליח צבור ולא יוציא מפיו מלה אפי׳ ממה שקורא ש״ץ שנא׳ ואזני כל העם אל ספר התורה כ״כ הגאונים והרמב״ם ז״ל ובזהר החמיר הרבה מאד בדבר:

(ב) להטות אוזן לתפלת ש״צ שאם אינו מרגיש ויודע על איזה ברכה עונה הוי אמן יתומה ואמרו יהיו בניו יתומים:

(ג) כל הברכות שאומר אדם מצוה שישמיע לאזניו ואפי׳ תפלת י״ח שאומר בלחש צריך שיחתוך בשפתיו וישמיע לאזניו אך לא יגביה קולו עד שישמע חבירו כ״כ המפורשים:

(ד) צוה שלמה בכל עניני העולם שמע עצה וקבל מוסר למען תחכם באחריתך:
