כשתתיירא מן החרטה אמור לאו קודם הן כי לאו אחר הן מגונה מאד. וכאשר תאמר הן כפול קיים מה שאמרת:

If you are fearful of later regrets, say “no” before “yes.” But to say “no” after having said “yes” is quite reprehensible. If you say “yes” twice, fulfill it.¹
