**Sefer HaChinukh, translated by R. Francis Nataf, Sefaria 2018:**
**To not eat the second tithe of wine outside of Jerusalem:** To not eat the second tithe of wine outside of Jerusalem, as it is stated (Deuteronomy 12:17), “You may not eat in your gates, etc. your wine.”

###### Sefer HaChinukh 443:2
[Sefer HaChinukh 443:2](https://torahapp.org/share/book/Sefer%20HaChinukh/r/443:2)

**Sefer HaChinukh, translated by R. Francis Nataf, Sefaria 2018:**
The entire content of the commandment of the prohibition of the wine is like the content of the commandment of the grain. There is no need to be long of speech about it.
