מִי שֶׁבֵּרַךְ אֲבוֹתֵֽינוּ אַבְרָהָם יִצְחָק וְיַֽעֲקֹב, הוּא יְבָרֵךְ אֶת (פלוני בן פלוני) בַּעֲבוּר שֶׁעָלָה לִכְבוֹד הַמָּקוֹם, לִכְבוֹד הַתּוֹרָה, (בשבת לִכְבוֹד הַשַּׁבָּת,) (ביום טוב לִכְבוֹד הָרֶֽגֶל,) בִּשְׂכַר זֶה, הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא יִשְׁמְ֒רֵֽהוּ וְיַצִּילֵֽהוּ מִכָּל צָרָה וְצוּקָה, וּמִכָּל נֶֽגַע וּמַחֲלָה, וְיִשְׁלַח בְּרָכָה וְהַצְלָחָה בְּכָל מַעֲשֵׂה יָדָיו, (ביום טוב וְיִזְכֶּה לַעֲלוֹת לְרֶֽגֶל,) עִם כָּל יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶחָיו, וְנֹאמַר אָמֵן:
