שׁוּב פַּעַם אַחַת הָיָה מְדַבֵּר מֵאֱמוּנָה, עָנָה וְאָמַר: אֵצֶל הָעוֹלָם אֱמוּנָה הוּא דָּבָר קָטָן וְאֶצְלִי אֱמוּנָה הוּא דָּבָר גָּדוֹל מְאֹד.

Another time, when the Rebbe was discussing faith, he remarked, “The world considers faith a minor thing. But I consider it an extremely great thing.

וְעִקַּר הָאֱמוּנָה הִיא בְּלִי שׁוּם חָכְמוֹת וַחֲקִירוֹת כְּלָל. רַק בִּפְשִׁיטוּת גָּמוּר, כְּמוֹ שֶׁהַנָּשִׁים וְהַהֲמוֹן עַם הַכְּשֵׁרִים מַאֲמִינִים.
