דַּע, כְּשֶׁיֵּשׁ שָׁלוֹם בְּעִיר, הוּא מִפְּנֵי שֶׁאֵין בַּר דַּעַת בָּעִיר הַזֹּאת.

אֲבָל כְּשֶׁיֵּשׁ בַּר דַּעַת בָּעִיר, אֲזַי יֵשׁ הַבְדָּלָה, דְּהַיְנוּ שֶׁיֵּשׁ אֲנָשִׁים שֶׁנּוֹטִים לְהַבַּר דַּעַת וּדְבֵקִים בּוֹ, וְיֵשׁ אֲנָשִׁים שֶׁחוֹלְקִים עָלָיו.
