לְשֵׁם יִחוּד קֻדְשָׁא בְּרִיךְ הוּא וּשְׁכִינְתֵּיהּ, בִּדְחִֽילוּ וּרְחִֽימוּ, וּרְחִֽימוּ וּדְחִֽילוּ, לְיַחֲדָא שֵׁם יוֹ"ד קֵ"א בְּוָא"ו קֵ"א בְּיִחוּדָא שְׁלִים, בְּשֵׁם כָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵל, הֲרֵֽינִי בָּא לְקַיֵּם מִצְוַת עֲשֵׂה דְּאוֹרַיְתָא לַעֲשׂוֹת מַעֲקֶה כַּכָּתוּב כִּ֤י תִבְנֶה֙ בַּ֣יִת חָדָ֔שׁ וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ מַעֲקֶ֖ה לְגַגֶּ֑ךָ׃ וִיהִ֤י ׀ נֹ֤עַם אֲדֹנָ֥י אֱלֹהֵ֗ינוּ עָ֫לֵ֥ינוּ וּמַעֲשֵׂ֣ה יָ֭דֵינוּ כּוֹנְנָ֥ה עָלֵ֑ינוּ וּֽמַעֲשֵׂ֥ה יָ֝דֵ֗ינוּ כּוֹנְנֵֽהוּ:
