###### Sifrei Devarim 68:1

**עוֹלֹתֵיכֶם** – עוֹלַת יָחִיד וְעוֹלַת צִבּוּר. **וְזִבְחֵיכֶם** – זִבְחֵי שַׁלְמֵי יָחִיד וְזִבְחֵי שַׁלְמֵי צִבּוּר.

**Sefaria Community Translation:**
(Devarim 12:11) "then the place that the L-rd your G-d shall choose to repose His name therein, there shall you bring … your burnt-offerings": both individual and communal burnt-offerings. "and your sacrifices": sacrifices of individual peace-offerings and of communal burnt-offerings.

**מַעְשְׂרֹתֵיכֶם**, רַבִּי עֲקִיבָה אוֹמֵר: בִּשְׁנֵי מַעַשְׂרוֹת הַכָּתוּב מְדַבֵּר – אֶחָד מַעְשַׂר דָּגָן וְאֶחָד מַעְשַׂר בְּהֵמָה.

**Sefaria Community Translation:**
"and your tithes": R. Akiva says: Scripture speaks of two tithes, the grain tithe and the animal tithe.

**וּתְרוּמַת יֶדְכֶם** – אֵלּוּ הַבִּכּוּרִים.

**Sefaria Community Translation:**
"and the offering of your hands": These are *bikkurim*.

**וְכֹל מִבְחַר נִדְרֵיכֶם אֲשֶׁר תִּדְּרוּ לַה׳** – לְרַבּוֹת נְדָרִים וּנְדָבוֹת, שֶׁלֹּא יָבִיא אֶלָּא מִן הַמֻּבְחָר.

**Sefaria Community Translation:**
"your choice vows": These are vows and donations, which are to come only from the choicest.

וְאֵין לִי אֶלָּא נְדָרִים וּנְדָבוֹת, מִנַּיִן לְרַבּוֹת בְּכוֹרוֹת וּמַעַשְׂרוֹת חַטָּאוֹת וַאֲשָׁמוֹת? תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר: **מִבְחַר נִדְרֵיכֶם** – **וְכֹל מִבְחַר נִדְרֵיכֶם**.

**Sefaria Community Translation:**
This tells me only of vows and donations. Whence do we derive (the same for) the first-born (*bechoroth*), tithes, sin-offerings and guilt-offerings? From "*and all* your choice vows."

רַבִּי אוֹמֵר: אִם נֶאֶמְרוּ לְמַעְלָה לָמָּה נֶאֶמְרוּ לְמַטָּה? רִאשׁוֹנָה לְעִנְיַן שִׁילֹה, שְׁנִיָּה לְעִנְיַן יְרוּשָׁלִַם.

**Sefaria Community Translation:**
Rebbi says: If this is written above (12:6), why is it written below (here)? The first, for Shiloh, (that these things shall be brought only there and not on a *bamah*); the second, for Jerusalem.
