**ענין י"ס הגנוזות . . עד"מ קריאת שם לבד:** ראה בדרך מצותיך מצות הלל קמט, א. אוה"ת פ' בהעלותך ע' תכא. אוה"ת סידור ע' רכ שמציין לכאן וכתב שזהו כפי' העה"ק בענין עד שלא נבה"ע היה הוא ושמו בלבד. וראה בספה"מ ה'תש"ח ע' 243 דשם מבאר דע"ס הגנוזות מכוון הוא להמשל דאבן החלמיש שמוציאין ממנו אש, שלא יש בו מציאות האש כלל, ובהערה שם כתב כ"ק אדמו"ר זי"ע וז"ל: והנה בהוספות לתו"א ביאור לד"ה ואני נתתי פ"ב ובדרוש הלל שבס' טעהמ"צ להצ"צ מבאר דע"ס הגנוזות הם כמשל קריאת שם בלבד ולא כמשלים דשלהבת וחלמיש. אבל זה אינו ע"ד הנ"ל, כי, כמו דמוכח למעיין, שם מדבר במדרי' גבוהה יותר דע"ס הגנוזות, וכידוע דע"ס אלו הם ע"ס דע"י, ע"ס דעקודים ולמעלה מעלה עד אוא"ס ממש (עיין ביאור ואולם הנ"ל, דרוש ג' שיטות בסופו וד"ה כי עמך מקור תרס"ו בפרטיות. — בהמשך מים רבים שם [תרל"ו פרק סד] מונה גם ע"ס דא"א, וצ"ע). — ואף דהפרדס מבאר ע"ס הגנוזות באוא"ס ממש ובכ"ז מבארם במשל דאבן החלמיש — חולקין עליו בזה ועל פי מ"ש בע"ח, וכמשנ"ת בהוספות לתו"א דרוש ג' שיטות וד"ה כי עמך מקו"ח הנ"ל, עכ"ל. וראה שם גם מה שבכ"מ בדא"ח מביאין משל לאיזה ענין ואח"כ מבארין דאין המשל מכוון ומביאין משל אחר.
בענין אם שייך לקרוא בשם ספירה, ראה בסה"מ תרל"ה ע' מט מה שמביא מלשון הלקו"ת בהעלותך לו, א ומהנחת הר"פ ע' קסט. באוה"ת ואתחנן ע' שעז מציין לד"ה זה: בביאור ע"פ ואני נתתי לך שכם א' בענין ע"ס הגנוזות והמשכתן מההעלם אל הגילוי בע"ס דאצילות זהו ע"י השבחים והברכות.

**גם ההעלם נעשה באותו הפעם:** בסה"מ תש"ט ד"ה מן המצר ע' יט וז"ל: ”וגם לא כדעת הפרדס שישנם בדקות כו' . . מן עצמות הפשוט דהכוונה דקודם הקריאה אינו גם בהעלם, וע"י הקריאה נעשה ההעלם כו'. וה"ז דומה . . קודם שיקראוהו (הכוונה דאי"ז רק שקודם שקוראין אותו בשמו (כלומר בפעם הראשון בעת שנותנים לו השם) הנה השם הוא רק בהעלם וע"י נתינת השם מגלים אותו מהעלם אל הגילוי, אין הענין כן, אלא שהוא בהעלם ובעומק כו'), משא"כ הרצון והחכמה כו' (דהכוונה דרצון וחכמה שהם כחות הנפש הרי קודם התגלותן ה"ה נמצאים בהעלם, ומ"מ ה"ה בקירוב יותר מכמו השם שהוא בהעלם ובעומק יותר, דהשם הוא בהעלם ובעומק יותר והכחות הם בקירוב יותר הנה מ"מ), וכשיקראוהו יפנה לקוראו עכ"ל, הכוונה דאחר שכבר ניתן לו השם וקוראין אותו בשמו (או גם בפעם הראשון שנותנים לו השם), הנה בקריאה זו בלבד שמזכירין את שמו הוא נפנה לקוראיו, והיינו שביאר כאן ב' הענינים שנת"ל בענין השם מה שאותיות השם הם מחיים אותו, וכן מה שנפנה לקוראיו בשמו שהם רחוקים בתכלית, הא' מה שהאותיות השם מחיים אותו הוא עיקר מהותו ממש, ומה שנפנה לקוראיו בשמו הוא מדרי' היותר אחרונה, והראי' שהרי יכול להיות גם ענין הסכמי כנ"ל, אלא להיות השם נפלא מעלתו במאוד מאד לכן הוא כולל ב' ענינים שהם רחוקים בתכלית, והא בהא תליא לפי שהשם הוא צנור של החיות והאור לכן כאשר קוראין בשמו אפילו בקריאה בלבד הוא נפנה בכל עצמותו אל הקורא אותו" עכ"ל.
