**וישראל קדישין לאו וכו׳:** וישראל הקדושים אינם כן, אלא כולם קדושים, וכל מעשיהם הם לעורר עליהם רוח קדוש. כש״א עד יערה עלינו רוח ממרום. וע״כ כתוב, כי לא נחש ביעקב ולא קסם בישראל. כי ישראל הם אחוזים בצד הקדושה העליונה, ומעשיהם באים בקדושה, וקדושה מתעוררת עליהם, ומתלבשים בה.

And Israel Kadoshin Lao, etc.: And the holy Israelites are not like that, but all are holy, and all their actions are to awaken upon them Ruach HaKodesh. As it is written, "Until the Ruach of Marom is poured out upon us." Therefore, as it is written: "For there is no omens in Jacob nor divination in Israel." For Israel is bound to the side of supreme holiness, and their actions come from holiness, and holiness is awakened upon them and clothed in them.
