קנח) **ואלין תרין ממנן** וכו': ואלו שני הממונים, פורחים ומשוטטים בכל העולם, וחוזרים למקומם. והם מעוררים את בני בניו של קין, ברוח של יצרים הרעים, לעשות תולדות.

**The Sefaria Sulam, 2023:**
**158. “Those two appointed angels, etc.”**
**These two appointed angels fly off and roam throughout the world, and return to their place. They awaken the descendants of Cain’s children with a spirit of evil inclinations, to produce offspring.**

פירוש. **ומשטטן בכל עלמא**: היינו להזיק בני אדם, כי גרמין לבני נשא לאסתאבא במקרה לילה כמ"ש להלן.

Explanation: **They roam throughout the world** in order to harm people, because they cause people to be defiled by nocturnal emissions, as stated below.

וז"ש, **ואהדרן לאתרייהו ואינון מתערין לאינון בני בנוי** וכו' **למעבד תולדות**: כי אחר שמחטיאים בני העולם הזה, חוזרים למקום הקבוע שלהם שהוא **ארקא**, ומעוררים שם בני בניהם דקין למעבד תולדות בזוהמתם כנ"ל, ומשמיענו כי מלבד שהם מחטיאין בני קין ב**ארקא**, הם גם משוטטין בארץ שלנו שהיא **תבל**, והם מחטיאים גם יושבי הארץ הזאת.

**The Sefaria Sulam, 2023:**
[The *Zohar*] continues: **“And return to their place. They awaken the descendants of Cain’s children... to produce offspring.”** After they have caused the people of this world to sin, they return to their permanent place, which is ***arka*,** where they awaken the descendants of Cain’s children to produce offspring in their contamination, as stated. [The *Zohar*] informs us that besides causing the sons of Cain to sin in ***arka*,** they also roam through our land, which is ***tevel*,** and they cause the dwellers of this land to sin as well.
