**פתח ואמר, כה אמר האל וגו'**: מקרא זה כבר בארוה. אבל כה אמר האל ה' **בורא שמים ונוטיהם.** זהו הקב"ה למעלה למעלה, דהיינו בינה, שהוא בורא השמים, שהוא ז"א, שהבינה, מתקנת את ז"א תמיד בכל זמן. כלומר שהיא מאצלת אותו ומשפעת לו המוחין. **רוקע הארץ וצאצאיה,** זהו ארץ הקדושה צרור החיים, דהיינו הנוקבא. **נותן נשמה לעם עליה,** הארץ, שהיא הנוקבא, נותנת נשמה.
