**ואלין עשרה ממנן וכו':** ואלו עשרה ממונים מזומנים לקבל הברכות שלמעלה ולהוריקם למטה, ולברך לההוא שמברך לו. שכתוב, ואני אברכם.

And these ten appointed ones are ready to receive blessings from above and pour them down, and to bless the one who blesses them. As it is written: "And I will bless them."
