**בגין כך יסתמר וכו':** בשביל זה, ישמר עצמו בן אדם, בשעה שמרים ידיו למעלה, שיהיו בתפלה או בברכה או בבקשה, ולא ירים ידיו בחנם, משום שאלו עשרה ממונים הם מזומנים, ומתעוררים אל פרישת ידים ההוא, ואם הוא בחנם, עשרה האלו מקללים אותו ברמ"ח קללות. וזהו שכתוב, ויאהב קללה ותבואהו.
