*Q*. A well is situated on the boundary line between A's and B's properties, so that one half of the well is situated inside of A's property, and the other half inside of B's property. A erected a partition in the well (to separate the two parts) but placed the partition inside of B's property.
*A*. As expressly stipulated in the deed, the partition must be moved to the middle of the well.
