**ומה**ששאלת עוד אם מסר שמעון מנה לאשת ראובן להרויח אם יכול להביאה לבית דין משום דאין אדם רוצה שתתבזה אשתו. בית דין כך נראה בעיני דלא מיבעיא אשה שיכולה למנות שליח עבורה. אלא אפילו איש הנתבע כך הוא דינו. כמו שפירש הערוך בערך אנטלר. מדאמר בירושלמי פרק כהן גדול ניחא דן אלא דנין אותו אמאי וימנה אותו אנטלר הגע עצמך שעולה שבועה ואנטלר בשבועה פירש וכי אנטלר יפול לישבע ואנטלר הוא אפוטרופוס ופירש דמהא שמעינן דיכול הנתבע לאמנויי אנטלר דלא תני במתניתי' דנין אותו. אלא היכא דנפלה לו שבועה:

*Q*. B gave one *mina* to A's wife, for investment purposes. Since a husband is reluctant to have his wife degraded by appearing in court, is B permitted to summon her to court? Furthermore, since any profit earned by a wife belongs to her husband, may A demand the profit his wife earned with this *mina*?
*A*. A's wife may send her representative to court in her stead. A is entitled to the profit earned by his wife.
