**ואשר**שאלתם שאין היתומים רוצים לפרנס כל בני ביתה. נראה לי אם היה להם שפחה בחיי בעלה גם עתה צריכין להעלות להם מזונות ולשפחתה כדאמרינן בפרק הנושא (כתובות דף קג) שנשתמשת במדור שנשתמשה בחיי בעלה. ותני בתוספתא דכתובות ומשתמשת בעבדים ובשפחות שנשתמשה בחיי בעלה. ושלום מאיר בר ברוך:
