**ואשר**שאלתם איזה מהם יש לעשות תחלה גט או חליצה. מסברא נראה דגט קודם כיון דגט יבמין דרבנן למישקל מינה קידושין דרבנן וחליצה דאורייתא. ודרשינן סוף פר"ק דקידושין. (דף יד) חלוץ הנעל כיון דחולץ לה נעל הותרה לכל ישראל סברה דמיד אחר חליצה תהא מותרת לכל אדם הלכך חליצה לבסוף. וכן משמע תלמודא דקאמר גט למאמרו. וחליצה לזיקתו אלמא גט קודם.

*Q*. When a levir is required to grant his brother's widow both a divorce and *halitzah* (Yeb. 50a), which is granted first?
*A. Halitzah* is the complete and final severance of the tie that binds the widow to her levir; therefore, it must be granted last.
Regarding your request for a form of such letter of divorce, I have no such form. But, it seems to me that you ought merely to insert the words "my *yebama* (sister-in-law) and betrothed" in place of the words "my wife" in the ordinary letter of divorce
