רמז. ומה שמגזם אפי' אם תפטור אמו שרוצה לקבול עליה בפני הדוכוס תפיס חבלא בתרי רישי חפץ בדיניהם ובדיננו והלא הפרש גדל בין דיניהם לדיננו ראוי לנדותו על הבור ולהבדילו מעדת ישראל כי ההוא דרב כהנא מחוינא ומחוינא (ב"ק קי"ז ע"א) כ"ש וכ"ש אם ילך בערכאות של גוים שיהא [בנידויינו] וגם אתם תבדילהו ותחרימו אותו ואת כל עוזריו ומסיתיו ומחזיקי ידיו ואנחנו וכל ישראל נקיים.

*A*. A ban should be placed on A for even expressing such a threat; and if A dares to appeal to a Gentile court, [he shall be excommunicated, and] you shall surely excommunicate him together with his helpers, advisors, and supporters.
