רעב. ושבועת השותפין אי דאו' או דרבנן פשיטא דרבנן היא דהא ליכא שבועה דאו' אלא במודה דמקצת ועוד דאמרי בכולא תלמודא אצטריך קרא למעוטי ספיקא וכ"ש דלא רבתה תורה שבועה לספק.
