רצא. פרק [האומנין ע"ח ע"א וע"ב] כל המעביר על דעת בעלים נקרא גזלן. מכאן אדם שקבץ נדוניא לבתו וכשחזר קפצו עליו בני אדם לשלם להם מאלו המעות מה שהוא חייב להם דאינו רשאי לתת להם [דעל] דעת כן לא נתנו לו.
