תקכא. ששאלת על שנכתב בפסק דין נתחייב פלוני לכשנגדו ולא נזכר בו מי הוא שכנגדו הא אמר בפ' גט פשוט (בבא בתרא קע"ב ע"ב) ההוא שטרא דהוי כתוב ביה אני פלוני לויתי ממך מנה ומסיק [רבה] ממך מגברא דנפיק מתותי' ידי' משמע ה"נ לכשנגדו גברא דנפיק מתותי' ידי' הוא.
